TTPH CHALLENGE - COLOURING WITH PENCILS

Hi everybody and welcome to this weeks challenge sponsored by Derwent. The challenge this week is to design something and make sure it is coloured with pencils. I am new to watercolouring pencils but have really enjoyed working with them and think that it is easier to shade using them than I do using Alcohol markers. If you would like to join in head on over to the blog and add your card so we can see.

Here is my card.

I used my aquarel pencils to colour this little pirate in. I also used my free stamps from this months issue of Papercraft Inspirations to create the banner and bunting. I hope that you like it. I am entering this card into some challenges and I have listed them below.

Amusing Challenges - Anything goes
CAS on Sunday - Masculine card
Challenges for everybody - Anything goes

TTPH CHALLENGE - Die Cut and Digi Stamp

Many Thanks to this weeks sponsors

Hello everybody, Hope you are all ok. This weeks challenge over at TTPH Challenges is Die cut and Digital Stamp. I chose to create a shaped card using my Silhouette cameo and imported my digital stamp from Lacy Sunshine on to one of the layers that I created so that it would fit perfectly on to my card. I also created a Rosette flower using my Martha stewart scoreboard. I think it turned out really cute. I would love to hear what you think.

I used my watercolours to colour in the image and some printed papers from the new Crafters Companion Love CD-ROM.

Many thanks for coming to have a look at my card. Head on over to the TTPH Challenge blog and join in with this weeks challenge for your chance to win a lovely prize.

TTPH Challenge - Crafty Sentiments - Anything goes

Good Monday Everybody. I hope that you are well. This week at TTPH Challenges we have an easy - Anything goes challenge sponsered by the lovely people over at Crafty sentiments. They have generously offered 3 digis to the lucky winner of this challenge so get on over to the blog and enter your creation.

After looking through our choice of image from crafty sentiments I decided to choose Sally having fun to use on my card. i thought that she was cheeky and cute kind of like my daughter so she appealed to me. I used a shadow box card from the Silhouette Studio online store Design ID #26663 and cut it out using my silhouette cameo. I created an inset shadow for the inside and imported sally into my design program to cut her out directly on the mat. I coloured her in using my watercolour pencils and blended the colours using a promarker blender pen. I then added some buttons and flowers from the papermania sew lovely collection. I hope that you like my results. If you would like to join in this weeks challenge head on over to TTPH now and add your card

Hugs Becky

Just for Fun DT - Christmas Theme

Hi everybody, It's the 1st of the month again and time for a new challenge over at Just for Fun Challenge blog. This months theme is Christmas. I have been making some candles for gifts for people this week and I have decided to create one for my challenge entry. I hope that you like it and come on over to the challenge blog to join in with your own creations. I am not a master at decorating candles yet but I am having lots of fun trying to get better. I found some videos on youtube by searching for decorating candles that helped me and I am sure they would help you too if you fancy trying. Anyway here is my entry for this month.
